Starting today, we are going to change our challenges to a bi-weekly challenge for the summer to give everyone a chance to spend time with their families (including us - lol)! So, you now have
TWO weeks to get your projects in OR enter as many times as you like....it's all for fun... (well, AND the chance to join us as a
GUEST DESIGNER)!! So we hope you will join us for this challenge and check back on

Here's what Karen had to say about her crafting journey:
"I live minutes from Saratoga NY with my husband of 35 years and we have three wonderful daughters ages 30, 25, and 20. Ever since I can remember I have been in love with all kinds of crafting. My grandmother was a seamstress and I could spend hours looking through her tin of buttons and box of laces. My mom is in her 80's and is an avid quilter so I guess the creative thing is in my blood. I love cross stitch and my walls are filled with samplers. I loved the vast choice of thread and linen colors. But it would take weeks to complete one project.
At a book fair I purchased a K&Company scrapbook kit and the rest they say is history. I began scrap booking and then started making some cards for special occasions. Card making is so gratifying for me. You get to pick the colors, the size, the shape of the card. After a day of work I find it a perfect way to decompress. Thanks to Sheri for providing me this wonderful opportunity."
